The undergraduate major in Speech & Hearing Science (SPHS) from the department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) is a preprofessional degree for speech-language pathology and/or audiology.

Speech-Language Pathology Degree

The Master of Science (MS) degree in speech-language pathology(SLP) is an intensive program, normally involving a minimum of 5 semesters (one year, nine months) of study and full-time clinical practicum training.

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

This certificate program is a post-baccalaureate graduate-level clinical training program designed to prepare students for a career in public schools as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders requires advanced coursework, independent research, and an in depth understanding of topics in one's area of specialization.
