Undergraduate Scholarships
The Department of Health & Kinesiology offers several funding opportunities for undergraduate students. Each scholarship or tuition waiver has specific criteria that must be met in order for a student to be eligible to apply. Please see the information below about the different funding opportunities available in Health & Kinesiology.
How to Apply
To apply for a Health & Kinesiology scholarship you must:
- Complete and submit a University of Utah General Scholarship Application at Academic Works. After completing the application, you will be matched with departmental and university wide scholarships that you qualify for.
- Click the “Apply” button on your “Recommended Opportunities” page to view additional document requirements for each scholarship. All Health & Kinesiology department scholarships require a short personal statement and a current copy of your resume or CV to be attached.
Applications are due before midnight on February 15th. Please review all awards in the “Recommended Opportunities” page, as it will include our scholarships as well as other University scholarships you may qualify to apply to. Applications open now are for the 2026-2027 school year.
