ESSF Off Campus Course Descriptions
Increased physical activity has been proven to have significant impact on your overall health, well-being, intellect, and quality of life. It's time to take action towards leading a healthy lifestyle and participate in an ESSF course today.
Students or non-students can take these classes for credit or non-credit. Non-credit students do not have to be registered students at the University of Utah. Non-credit courses are more cost effective than taking courses for credit. Non-credit registration can be done at www.continue.utah.edu/noncredit/.
Credit courses can be repeated for credit as many times as a student prefers. Register for credit on CIS from www.utah.edu.
