ESSF Off-Campus Permission Code Request

ESSF course instructors give out permission codes for their on-site classes one week before the start of a semester and only at their discretion; you must reach out to the instructor of that course for a permission code.

Make sure your information above is correct and complete before submitting your request. Catalog Number (ex. ESSF 1130) followed its section number must be entered. DO NOT ENTER CLASS ID or SIS numbers. This will delay the response.

• Please allow 24 hours for a response on weekdays after submitting your request. Form requests are not monitored over weekends.
• We will only send a permission code to a U-mail address.
