NUIP Graduation, Convocation, and Spring Banquet Information

This information is needed from all NUIP graduating students for the upcoming College of Health Convocation Ceremony and NUIP annual Spring Banquet, due February 28th.

Graduation Information:

Student and Exam Information: for your grad tracking record, report the qualifying exam date (PhD only), proposal date, and defense date.
Convocation and graduation: RSVP, reflection statement or thank you, a favorite quote (to be read allowed at the banquet).
Spring Banquet: RSVP, student spotlight (about you, list of hobbies, professional goals, a favorite memory during your time in the program, image to be printed with your spotlight and will be displayed at the banquet. If you are having issues with uploading a photo, email to carisse.winegar@utah.edu.

Student Regalia

You can visit the campus store to purchase academic regalia, such as caps and gowns, for graduation ceremonies. Students should visit the bookstore in advance to ensure they have the appropriate attire. View the University of Utah's Campus Store to see what regalia is available.

More information on convocation will be updated on the College of Health graduation website (check often).

If you plan on graduating in the Summer term and want to have your name printed on the convocation program, you must Apply for Graduate Degree, by the Spring (May) deadline. Then, reapply for Summer (August) by the deadline.
