This trial serves patients in Utah and Maryland. This trial works with dozens of clinics and providers through three partnering organizations: The University of Utah, Intermountain Healthcare, and John's Hopkins Medicine. The OPTIMIZE Trial is a national pragmatic trial that compares two approaches for treating patients with acute back pain in a primary care setting.

Intermountain Healthcare
