PEAK Health and Fitness PEAK Health and Fitness is a partnership between the College of Health and the Office of Wellness and Integrative Health at the University of Utah. PEAK's core responsibility is to provide practical training and education for undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Health.
Volunteering offers you the chance to try out a career field without making a long-term commitment. It is also a great way to gain experience in a new area. PEAK Health and Fitness provides volunteers with training and mentorship to practice the skills you learn about in academic classes. Volunteering can help you build upon skills you already have and use them to benefit the community.
PEAK offers a variety of internship opportunities. We partner with MUSE, the Office of Wellness, and other campus entities to provide engaging and transformational internships.
Students enrolled in Kinesiology 4800 have the opportunity to teach fitness classes and conduct personal training through our University Employee Fitness class program.
PEAK provides graduate assistantships for students enrolled in many departments and programs within the College of Health.
