If you are interested in renting a space, please submit a Facility Rental Reservation Request below.

Facility requests require two (2) weeks notice. Additional documentation may be required before approval can be granted. Colin O’Connor will reach out to you.

Your event is not scheduled until a contract agreement is drafted, agreed upon, signed and dated. Reservations are only confirmed once Colin O'Connor, Operations and Logistics Manager, has sent you an email confirmation.

Rentals are scheduled around the academic course schedule and are subject to potential cancellation if an academic course needs the space.

Parking Availability

Yes, parking is available if reserved through Commuter Services. Commuter Services charges a fee for the parking lots around HPER.
