Becky is a San Diego, California native who completed her undergraduate BFA Ballet Performance degree at the University of Utah. After undergraduate studies, Becky returned to California to dance as a company member with California Ballet Company for 4 years. Her dance background led her to dance medicine physical therapy as an aide and office manager of a local sports medicine clinic. She returned to the University of Utah to attend the DPT program and graduated in 2019. She is very excited for this experience and the opportunity to pursue her orthopedic specialty in the hopes of becoming an influential and beneficial part of the dance medicine community. She continues to stay involved in the performing arts by performing with Hale Center Theater and other local companies when able. She also enjoys all of the outdoor activities offered by Utah including hiking, rock climbing, camping, and backpacking.
