Stephanie grew up in Newport Beach, CA. She attended the University of Texas at Austin for undergrad and earned a degree in Spanish. After college, she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she worked as an aide in a PT clinic for three years and took night classes in order to apply to physical therapy school. Stephanie then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah from 2016-2019.
Stephanie was drawn to the Orthopaedic Residency at the University of Utah because she liked the access to two prominent healthcare systems within the Salt Lake Valley and she was already familiar with the level of excellence carried out by the University of Utah Healthcare system. Stephanie wants to eventually focus on orthopedic management of the spine, including treating patients who have sustained a concussion.
