Off-Campus Orientation Schedule

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!

The following mandatory orientation dates will include information on each off-campus course offered.  Please select a time/day that works for you.  Each course has its own unique requirements and schedule so please come prepared to take notes.

Once the information session of the orientation is completed, you will then sign a liability waiver.  After you have signed the liability waiver, a permission code will be issued to you to add the course.

All off-campus courses require a permission code to manage enrollment on behalf of the facilities.  You are welcome to attend any orientation for 2nd session enrollment.  If you have any additional questions, please email ESSF Staff. 

ORIENTATION SCHEDULE FOR SUMMER 2024 

OFF-CAMPUS CLASSES

Attending an orientation to receive a permission code is ONLY REQUIRED for off-campus ESSF classes.  Please reach out to the individual ESSF instructor of the on-campus ESSF course you wish to enroll in, should you need to request a permission code.

Summer 2024 Orientations* will be held via Zoom

Attending an orientation is MANDATORY to register & receive a permission code for enrollment.

*Students can attend earlier dates for the 2nd semester half

Send in a permission code request ONLY if you cannot attend one of these days/times

Summer Session 2024 Orientation

APRIL

17th @ 11am

29th @ 10am & 2pm 

30th @ 2pm 

JUNE

3rd & 5th  @ 2pm 

Last day to enroll for Summer 2024 off-campus classes: 1st session Thursday May 16; 2nd session Wednesday June 26.

Tentative Fall 2024 Dates: Jul 29 & Aug 1 @ 10am & 2pm; please check back for potential changes!
