Overall the University of Utah has had a 100% pass rate for all students who have taken the test. After successful completion of this exam, the individual will be an Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR). Most states require licensure in order to practice. Most states licenses are usually based on the results of the NBCOT certification exam.
