Special Conditions:
Scholarships shall only be awarded to deserving students in need of financial assistance and who have excelled academically with priority given to those students who intend to teach Nutrition in the public school system or higher education.
The Scholarship Fund will enable students to pursue an education in Nutrition enabling them to become teachers like herself, and will pay tribute to Millie and Wilford for their generosity and kindness and selfless way of life.
