Eligibility Requirements
Officially declared major in Health Promotion and Education
Cumulative 3.0 GPA
A commitment to be involved - Members must participate in a minimum of 3 Eta Phi Epsilon service activities per year (required to receive cords at graduation)

Go to the Program Office, Annex 2142, to fill out an application and submit your membership dues.
